What You Can Expect

I create quality, interactive, engaging and applicable professional development opportunities for teams, individual contributors and leaders. I help improve soft skills, team performance, employee engagement and more through valuable and purposeful training sessions. Two of my greatest professional accomplishments have been working over the past year with the Polly Insurance groups distribution division to build achievable operations processes as well as a learning program to allow for the team to embrace and grow with these changes and secondly creating and managing a very successful professional development academy for Foremost Insurances sales and support division. This professional development academy provides individual contributors and leaders the opportunity to learn, grow and enhance multiple skills.

Overall, I pride myself in innovative approaches and am proud of creating these new concepts with both the Polly Insurance Group as well as the Foremost Insurance Group.
